Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. The hotel is clean and each floor has a water cooler to be used anytime. The parking fee is 27k IDR if one parks for 5 hours and more. I think the hotel should provide free parking for its guests. The towels are a bit worn out. The price is a bit expensive for what the hotel offers. I booked here 3 times and the hotel could not provide me with breakfast as the restaurant was being renovated. Still it's a good hotel to stay in

The staff were always polite and helpful, the location was excellent, opposite Blu Plaza; parking overnight was quite expensive, so the hotel should offer free parking for its clients.

The location was excellent, the Wi‑Fi was fast, and the staff were always pleasant and friendly; there was a kind of old smell.

The location was too remote, and the hotel staff’s service could be improved.
