The location and price were solid, with free parking and easy access, but the building was hard to locate because its name didn’t match the email confirmation; the bathroom was small but usable, though the shower curtain had mould, forcing me to leave it open so water splashed everywhere and didn’t dry properly, and the shower dripped constantly, which was irritating; part of the floor was held together with masking tape, the desk was chipped and damaged, and the cleaner was pleasant but sang loudly on Sunday morning or talked on a loud speaker, making the echoing corridor noisy; the bed sheet had a stain and the towels left out were dirty and marked, so I avoided using them and instead used them to dry the bathroom after my shower.
I really enjoyed my stay and had a great experience; when I arrived, the room I’d booked wasn’t clean, but I reached out to the host who responded quickly and moved me next door to another apartment; that apartment was excellent, with great Wi‑Fi, letting me work remotely without any problems; overall I was very happy with the stay and the host’s swift support.

The room was clean but very basic. The property sits right next to an active train line, so freight trains pass every 5-10 minutes, a fact that wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The constant noise made it impossible to sleep, so I didn’t stay a second night. When I complained, the staff ignored my messages; they tried to contact the property but, because the booking was non‑refundable, they refused a refund and couldn’t override the decision even though the booking was made through them.
