“Great value hotel and Lovely staffs”
The staff were super friendly and helpful, the on‑site old Irish bar was great, and the freshly cooked breakfast was lovely. It’s the best value hotel I’ve stayed at so far.
“Ok”
The beds were clean and the breakfast was good; the chef was accommodating to our baby and the girl who hosted breakfast was really lovely. Aside from the breakfast staff, the rest of the team was nearly impossible to find. The hotel advertises a restaurant and full bar menu – a roaring fire and a proper old Irish bar – but that’s not the case; the bar is just a hotel bar, not a real pub, and only pizza is offered. The only other place in town that serves food was booked out. Their restaurant is closed and appears to be a toy donation center for Ukrainians staying at the hotel. A random black Labrador was roaming around, which isn’t great, to be honest. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, and the balcony door didn’t lock.

Everything was really good. I can’t think of anything major to complain about, maybe better soaps for the bathroom. The decor is a little dated.

The breakfast was cooked very well and the service was excellent, but our mattress felt a bit uncomfortable. The room next door left their TV on until 3 am and shouted a lot; I know you can’t do anything about that.
The hotel felt very comfortable and warm.
