“Can’t wait to come back”

We had an amazing time at the Souphattra Hotel Luang Prabang. From the moment we arrived, everything surpassed our expectations. The food and service were outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. One detail that really stood out was the breakfast service—staff remembered our orders from the day before, which showed their attention to detail and care for guests. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a wonderful ambiance throughout. Every corner reflected a high level of cleanliness and thoughtful design. And I can’t forget the pho—it was absolutely amazing! The location is also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. Honestly, we hated to leave. Special thank you to Chan the general manager who made sure our stay was incredible. See you again next year.

“A lovely stay at the hotel but could be amazing with a few tweaks”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The accommodation was truly first-class, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and an excellent pool space that was perfect for relaxation. The bed was extremely comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

I was blown away by the hotel's stunning design and beautiful pool area, which made for a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, we did experience some power outages during our stay, and the hotel could have done a better job of communicating when they would be resolved. Additionally, the rooms were quite thin, making it easy to hear the conversations of neighboring guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a lovely room that had comfortable beds and a great design. The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the free transportation to the old town was a great perk. However, I did notice that the rooms could benefit from better insulation, and we were unfortunate enough to have a noisy neighboring couple who seemed to be arguing nonstop.

“Emplacement idéal”

I was thoroughly charmed by this hotel from the moment I arrived, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel's shuttle service was a great convenience, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. However, I was a bit disappointed by the limited options and lackluster quality of the breakfast buffet.
