The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location is great. The hot water service wasn’t satisfactory; the water cooled quickly, it wasn’t self‑serve, and when we asked for help it seemed too late.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and while it had its share of minor issues, the exceptional service I received from the staff truly made up for it. Unfortunately, the bathroom door in my room, Puma, was in need of some maintenance, and I was also surprised to find that the rooms didn't come equipped with TVs. Despite these small drawbacks, the staff's warm hospitality and welcoming nature made my stay truly enjoyable.
