The charming boutique hotel features a traditional courtyard, luxurious air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, and tasteful decor with wooden floors. A restaurant serves Oaxacan dishes in a colourful courtyard, while a bar offers drinks and snacks, in Oaxaca's historic centre, near Santo Domingo de Guzman Church.

The included breakfast was very good! The location was excellent. The price was a concern.

The hotel was very nice, clean and inviting. The staff were helpful and gave several tips about the surroundings. The room was spacious, the bed was great and the bathroom excellent. The jacuzzi was very useful for relaxing after a long day of walking in Oaxaca. It was very well located, just a few blocks from downtown and surrounded by great food and drink options. The breakfast was good, but could improve; it starts at 8:00, and we missed it one day because we had to leave earlier for our tour.

The staff were attentive and the location was great. The power went out due to an issue outside the hotel, and the staff were very kind, looking for solutions or alternatives. The kitchen hours were a drawback.
