The hotel provides free Wi-Fi, parking, and services including babysitting, 24-hour reception, and laundry. It's 50 metres from Regua Train Station, 2 minutes from Museu do Douro, and 20 minutes from Vila Real.

The room was fine. No diabetic‑friendly food was available.

The whole hotel smelled clean, which I really appreciated, and even the sheets had a pleasant scent. The room was spacious, and the location was excellent, right next to the train line and in the center of Régua. However, there was no soundproofing in the room; the doors of neighboring rooms slammed loudly, and any noise could be heard in our room, making it hard to fall asleep.
