The place had a strong cigarette smell, the quilt on the bed looked unprofessional, and there was black curly hair everywhere—so I had to bring my own bedding. On top of that, the ice machine was broken.

I booked a double‑bed room but got a different one that was the worst room in any hotel I've seen; it was falling apart and covered in hair, and the hotel wouldn’t refund me.

The room was clean and the price was reasonable, but there was no place to hang clothes, no dresser, no nightstands or lamps, and the shower only gave lukewarm water with no pressure.

The place is filthy and the staff are all rude; from the moment I walked in the room was dirty and the staff were unhelpful.
