“إقامة جيدة واهتمام رائع من الاصطاف”
Yes, everything was excellent, though the towel service could have been better.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel is clean overall, but the rooms are quite old and would benefit from renovation. Plus, the hotel sits on a noisy street.

I have been using the same booking service for years, so this was a shock: after a delayed train I finally checked in just before 10 pm, only to find a tiny, dirty‑looking room. The sheets were white enough and the towels a yellow‑white, but the room sat above shops with constant construction noise. When I asked the front desk about checkout at 11:08 pm, they promised ten minutes, which never happened. After complaining until midnight, a manager finally appeared, claiming he could offer a free room change as a “big benefit,” yet I still had to find another place that wasn’t listed online. I slept three hours before being woken by a mosque at 4 am, then got up again an hour and a half later. In short, avoid this hotel; the room is far worse than domestic guesthouses, the sheets are okay but the towels are yellowed, the carpet was indescribably filthy, and the tiny bathroom was only barely usable. It sits above a mall with a hollow middle, so every sound echoes, and loud renovation work continued well into the night. When I went downstairs to the front desk, the phone was so dirty I had to wrap it in tissue before using it. After filing a complaint, I was forced to change hotels after midnight, and the manager’s attitude made it seem like he thought he’d given me a huge discount.

Nothing good to say. The bathroom was broken, construction was ongoing and the place was dusty, there was a lot of noise, and the breakfast was poor.

I really liked this hotel as well as the city of Qena and its people. Very, very good memory.
