God mat.

The pool was nice, staff were very good and the price was good, though the pool could have been cleaner a bit.

The staff were friendly, the room was very spacious, onsite food was convenient and tasty, and breakfast was lovely. I arrived at 13:00 and was told check‑in wasn't until 14:00 even though the room was empty, so we had to eat to pass the time. I also got the entrance wrong – it’s on the opposite side of the airport entrance – but it’s not far, though it’s quite distant from Baywalk. Handling that outside gave no financial benefit, which was odd.

The location was great, but the bathroom door handle was broken, the sheets weren't very clean, and we had to bring our own bath towels for the whole stay.

The shower had good water pressure and was hot, which is unusual for Palawan, and the staff were helpful, but the resort feels like it's falling apart—no maintenance or investment in the facilities, and it looks ready for a full renovation.
