The service is excellent, with staff who are helpful and kind—shout out to Jaqueline and João, and the restaurant team is very attentive. The location near tourist spots, the restaurant, and the free hotel shuttle to the Basilica are strong points, and the Rosary Path is spectacular with its beautiful gardens. Everything was perfect, no complaints, and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Breakfast was wonderful with an enormous variety, easy access to the Pilgrim city, and very good service—worth it!
