Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional—both at breakfast and at the front desk. English isn’t my first language, but I never felt any staff member was impatient; everyone treated me with respect and kindness. Their service and attitude were among the best I’ve experienced, and as a foreign visitor I never felt unwelcome. I truly appreciated their understanding and consideration.
