The staff were very helpful in sorting out issues, but the check‑in system was clunky, and there were works next to my room that cut off hot water, so I had to move. The double bed was actually two single beds side by side.

The bed was super comfy, a perfect 10, and you couldn’t hear any outside noise, so sleep was great. The only downside was hearing the water when other guests showered, and the space felt a bit tight for a long stay.

The location was fine, but the hotel had a section under construction that wasn’t disclosed, right in the hallway of our room: the hallway had no floor (just gravel concrete) covered with vinyl, the baseboards were ripped off, there was a door‑less room in the same hallway that was propped up with a hole in the ceiling, and both the hallway and room walls were stained. The photos of the rooms didn’t match what we saw; it was a small room with dirty walls and the bed pressed against the wall. We filed a complaint and received no response.

The location was perfect and the space had been renovated. The TV box didn’t work, so we couldn’t watch YouTube or Netflix, only Spanish channels.

The location was good, but the rooms were very small, the beds were tiny, and you could hear everything the other guests were saying.
