“Chilled vibes, artistic environment, super friendly host and good food”
A&Y Wild Camp in Keta really stood out for its chilled artistic vibe and relaxed atmosphere, so we extended our stay beyond the single night we originally booked. Yao, the host, was calm, caring, and always optimistic, and his cooking was simply amazing. We enjoyed slow mornings and even had a social dinner at the lounge. The entire site is creatively decorated with cheerful details that you notice throughout your stay, making it feel like a full experience rather than just a place to sleep. On the first night we stayed in the seaside bungalow, where the sea breeze came through the straw walls and we loved it. The main area has better vibes, so we moved there for the next two nights; the cottage there is smaller and lacks the “breathing” effect of the bungalow, and we even had an electricity outage despite having a fan. If you want the breeze, choose the seaside bungalow; if you want the vibes, stay in the main area.
