“No estuvimos muy a gusto”

The hotel has a good location for visiting nearby attractions, and the room was clean; however, the TV and internet didn't work, the room ran out of water for an entire day with no resolution, the food was barely acceptable and I’d suggest updating the menu with local specialties, it felt very expensive for the quality, and we were asked to pay in advance at booking, which isn’t reflected in the policies.

“Precio-Calidad”

The staff are very friendly and provide good service, and the breakfast is complete, but given the price per night, the room size, the internet quality, the food variety, and the recreational activities offered, the night feels very expensive.

“Una experiencia agradable, pero pudo ser excepcional.”

The location is excellent with a spectacular view, the facilities are spacious, safe, and well organized, the staff were very professional and pleasant, and there is a wide range of activities nearby the accommodation, yet on the date we visited a group of people who didn’t use the bar and kept the noise level high for a long time with loud music; the hotel does have a designated area for such entertainment that doesn’t disturb other guests, but they didn’t use it; additionally, the hotel no longer offers quad bike rentals, we experienced a water leak in the bathroom, the shower light had faults, and the TV had internet connectivity issues—nothing alarming, but in such an exclusive hotel everything should work smoothly.

“Para un espace perfecto de la ciudad”

This hotel is situated in a beautiful location, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Esmeralda Dam. The hotel's open and spacious design, combined with its immaculate condition, makes it a great place to relax and unwind. However, the road connecting the hotel to the main highway is somewhat narrow in certain sections.
