My Resort Yala

We (two adults and two children) spent one night in this beautiful and cost‑effective accommodation. The rooms were clean and air‑conditioned. We enjoyed the large pool and had a very good dinner that was authentically homemade by the hosts. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We also booked a safari to Yala National Park, offered by the host family, which we can totally recommend (see https://www.srilankayalasafaris.com/). Furthermore the host family arranged a transfer to Ella for us, which we also recommend. The communication in English was okay, but could be improved.

Everything was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The property was very well maintained and family‑run. We stayed in a large family room for four people. It was very clean and we had comfortable beds. Service was outstanding, with the family caring for us warmly. One person fell ill, and while the others were on a safari, they were taken care of excellently. We would come back anytime! P.S. The pool is really as big as on the pictures.

“Wat een leuk en mooi verblijf na een dag safari!”

What friendly people, every detail was considered and they were truly ready to help. The rooms were super clean and nicely decorated, breakfast was delicious, and the pool is great. During booking, the person who took the reservation was very rude, which was a shame; we even hesitated about cancelling.
