“Good location in a fairly quiet area. Clean room but very loud when guests next door use the bathroom.”

A quiet spot, close to Piazza della Repubblica, a bar next door for coffee and breakfast, a clean room, a comfy bed, and a bathroom with a bidet. On arrival you have to call the property to let you in, which can be hard for people abroad. The lift was broken. The bed was comfy but made a squeaking sound. When the neighbors used the bathroom, the shower and toilet noise was unbelievably loud. The walls seemed like cardboard.

I can’t recommend it. Very noisy and hard to get in. The rooms are fine but the location is awful. The staff are outstanding but not on site. The entry is dark, the process to reach the room is confusing, the shower didn’t work, and it’s a bad part of town with loud people until 4:30 am.

Very welcoming place in the center of Foligno, 100 m from a convenient paid parking lot… The check‑in staff were excellent and resolved a small issue immediately.
