“Pomimo małych niedogodności pokój bardzo ładny i polecam.”
We stayed in a nice, large room with a private bathroom, a kitchen that was available, and a good location. We had a problem checking in because of a language barrier (we spoke English), but after a while another staff member helped us and everything went smoothly. The kitchen was missing a large knife, but we managed without it. The cleaning lady talked loudly on the phone during the morning cleaning.

The place was close to the metro, the flat was nice, organized, and spacious, with hot water and great air conditioning. We arrived at night after a flight, tired and ready to sleep. When we entered, we used the code and were shocked to find a couple already in our room. After an uncomfortable encounter with the couple and trying to reach the owner by phone (no answer until the next day), we had no choice but to wander Rome at night with our luggage looking for somewhere to stay. It was a very frustrating experience that could ruin a holiday. Only at 12 o’clock did the owner respond. After a few days she apologized for that night, but the experience remained very annoying and disappointing.

The room was spotless and very quiet, the host was punctual and friendly, and there was free parking nearby. The third bed that was added was not very comfortable – it was a sofa bed with a too‑thin mattress. Too bad, because everything else was absolutely perfect.
The staff were available, but it was difficult to get access.
The spot was great, a quiet neighborhood and parking was easy to find. Even though I was alone and had warned about it, I still had to pay the tourist tax for two people; otherwise I wouldn't have been able to access my room.
