The location is perfect, with everything you could wish for right outside the entrance; the staff throughout the hotel are so friendly and accommodating, security greets me good morning every morning, and the waiting staff at breakfast make you feel like the most important customer. Nandar and May were lovely, and everyone else was nice too, though it's hard to remember each name. The gentleman at reception was excellent, giving a very positive first impression. I loved almost everything about this hotel. The only negatives were that the Hilton Walk pools are a little dated, but the 2‑minute walk to the other Hilton pool makes it an insignificant problem. Some of the lifts open into what feel like maintenance tunnels, which is very minor and not at all a detriment to how brilliant I feel this hotel is.
