A beautiful place with wonderful people—take the surfing classes!

A cozy, family‑friendly surf hostel that feels like a small haven. The décor is beautifully done, and the little garden, full of hammocks and lounging spots, invites you to unwind. The beach is just a 2‑minute walk away. Everyone is super friendly, especially the on‑site surf classes that we booked right there and really enjoyed :) Praia da Tocha is pretty quiet during our travel period, so if you want to surf and also find peace, this place is ideal. The only slight annoyance is the noise level; every room shares the same hallway, so you can hear people coming and going, going to the bathroom, etc. That’s just part of staying in a multi‑bedroom, shared‑bathroom setup, so keep that in mind.

The hosts at this hotel were truly exceptional, providing us with a wonderful stay and excellent amenities. The hotel's proximity to the beach was also a major plus, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was extremely clean and cozy, with a lovely fireplace, a fantastic terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom looked almost new, and the rooms were decorated in a very sweet way. We were about 100 meters from the beach, and since we visited in October, it was very quiet with hardly any tourists - we would definitely come back!
