Ribarski Konaci

Nothing worth mentioning. The experience was extremely unpleasant. As soon as we arrived at Ribarske Konake, we were told the room had no heating. This wasn’t a malfunction – the room simply lacked a heating unit or any air‑conditioning that could warm it. We hadn’t been informed of this beforehand. Even worse was the way the staff communicated: no apology, no attempt to offer a solution, and an overtly rude, uninterested attitude. Had we known this ahead of time, we could have decided whether we wanted such accommodation. Instead we found out only after arrival and left.

I was thrilled with the location and the hospitality—staff who are rarely found elsewhere, attentive and friendly, truly meeting my expectations. I’ll definitely return, and the reason is crystal clear. Huge thanks to Sladja and Daca; they are exceptional, caring for everyone, and you can just relax here. The room lacked air conditioning. Everything else was fine, the staff were polite, Jovana the manager was very sweet.

“Manje od očekivanog.”

The room was clean and comfortable for sleeping, but the towels were worn out, we went a day without water and received just one bottle for the whole day from the staff, and they demanded advance payment without issuing a fiscal receipt. We also didn’t get a bill for the medical check‑up and physiotherapy.
