It was a late night last‑minute booking and I have to say amazing service and the shower was amazing after a long day of travel and finally finding a place to stay. The harbour watch was a 10 out of 10.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—they even brought a forgotten phone to the harbor for us! The Wi‑LAN was quick, there were several charging points, communication was great, the beds were large, hot water was plentiful and high‑pressure, and the location was perfect and historically charming. The wooden floors made the place a bit noisy, and a shelf in the bathroom would have been useful.

The spot is fantastic—just a short walk to both the train station and the ferry, and all the shops are nearby.

The room had everything we needed: comfy beds to sleep on, a small table for breakfast, a kettle to brew tea, a nice shower, and soft towels.
