I had no idea it was a private room with a different set of rules. Even after reaching out, I was told I couldn't use the locker, and only official hotel guests were allowed. For sleep, I only had a very thin blanket; on a night at 17 °C I called the hotel and they said that because it was a private room they couldn't provide a blanket and I would have to speak with the owner at 23 h.

The location was great, but during the intense cold the air‑conditioning failed and there weren't enough blankets in the apartment to keep me warm. I asked the host about extra blankets, but never heard back.

Right next to Congonhas airport and great value for the price. I didn't have any complaints at all. The location is unbeatable for a quick layover.

I booked through a platform, thought it was a hotel room, but it turned out to be a private apartment. When I got there, no one told me I needed the owner's permission. I called the number on the confirmation, but no answer. I tried the platform's support, but they took ages and just said find another place. They offered only R$70 to cover the difference—way too little. I had to pay for a new place myself.
