The front‑end staff are very friendly and helpful. Reach out to Helen, she is exceptionally helpful. The breakfast options were plenty, excellent location, 5 minutes from the beach and various eating options once we step outside the hotel. Will definitely stay at Golden Lotus again 10/10.

Good location close to Da Nang Beach, eateries and supermarkets. All the facilities you need such as pool, spa, restaurant, grocery store. Staff well presented and helpful. The room was a little dated and small but proved to be comfortable.

Everything was excellent, the staff was friendly especially the girl with the mole, who was very sweet and friendly. Thanks again for everything.
