Everything was spot‑on, the sauna was really cool, and the place is very close to the city centre.

The young German receptionist was friendly, spoke several languages, and gave useful tips. The room felt a bit cold because there was only one radiator that barely warmed the space, so I slept in a T‑shirt and thermal socks.

We stayed just one night and everything ran smoothly—easy check‑in and check‑out, comfortable beds with firmer mattresses, a breakfast buffet that kept refilling itself and had excellent bread. The shoe room had heated hangers in lockable cabinets, and there’s also a bike room. The underground parking is handy, though a bit pricey. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The mattress and bedding were excellent, the west‑facing balcony was large and pleasant, and the location was perfect. The overall comfort, cleanliness, and value for money were great, and I enjoyed my stay. The staff were professional and polite but not especially friendly, and breakfast was fine but nothing remarkable. Everything else left me very satisfied.
