The staff were very friendly, rooms were spotless and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a spacious, level shower. There was a large wardrobe, plenty of storage, a big safe, and coffee and tea supplies. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of coffee options and everything needed for a good start. A unique security feature was that the elevator could only be operated with the key card. The view was poor; you could see the rooms opposite, about 15 m away, and since there were no curtains, you had to close the black blackout drapes to block outsiders' eyes. The air conditioning was weak and difficult to use, and the bathroom offered no storage for a cosmetics bag or similar items.
