The hotel accepted a cash deposit. The overall experience was definitely negative, especially regarding cleanliness. The bathtub was dirty, we found hair on the sheets, and the towels were also dirty with several stains. Considering we paid about 82 dollars, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. The room is not worth the price paid, and I would not recommend this motel; competitors offer better value at the same price.

The second room we were moved to was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was surprisingly quiet despite being off the highway. The first room had a bad water leak (not the hotel’s fault, it just happened), so we had to be moved. In the second room the toilet wasn’t fully bolted down, so it rocked every time you sat, but it didn’t leak. The hotel stopped serving breakfast the morning we arrived and didn’t inform us, so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast the next morning.

They refused to let me stay because I live too close, and after at least three calls I still did not receive a refund. I was unaware of the rule about being too far away to stay, and I will never book there again.
