Staying at Hotel Waldruhe in Val Casies was simply extraordinary from the start, with staff that were incredibly kind, always ready, smiling, and attentive to every detail, making you feel truly welcomed and pampered; the food was exceptional, from the richly detailed breakfast to the dinner that felt like a culinary journey, with carefully prepared dishes of the highest quality and variety that made each meal a pure pleasure; the wellness center was unique, a place where relaxation is pure, with well-maintained spaces, a quiet and rejuvenating atmosphere, perfect for fully unwinding and finding balance and calm; this hotel truly deserves to be experienced, an experience that stays in the heart; nothing to add.

The location was perfect and easy to reach; the rooms were a bit old-fashioned but not a disappointment, while the sauna and pool areas were modern and renovated; the food was good, and the broth/minestra always available was not a drawback; I would have liked to improve the breakfast, as the high-quality local products felt like a missed opportunity and I would have spent an extra 20 euros; drinks were all separate, and we were told it would be better to pay in cash (the receipt was given regularly), but I usually travel with little cash, so it would have helped to know this beforehand.

The food was very good, the pool charming, and the staff genuinely kind; the rooms were very retro, the carpet on the floor was not to my taste, the bathroom was clean but very old, and the dog could stay only in the room and nowhere else.
