Nothing positive. The facilities are bad, not like the photos, they’re in poor condition, dirty and have a bad smell, there’s no hot water, and the staff is terrible.

The location is fine. The facilities and description don’t match what’s actually there, the customer service from the owners and receptionists is awful, and when the owner finally answered why we stayed, I had already seen those responses; they wouldn’t refund us and we arrived at 12:30 am, too late to keep moving, they never accepted that we were assigned room 11, which was the one I stayed in and it was terrible.

The people were very friendly. The only issue was that there was no hot water.

Nothing good. Everything was wrong; they didn’t honor the reservation, which caused me a bad experience because I was left without accommodation.

The location and staff attention were fine. It smells very damp and is very basic; it looks very plain and you wouldn’t want to stay there for a while, but for a night it’s okay because of the location.
