From the start, Rudy, Alex, Isabella, Philippe, Karin, Laura, Lorenzo, Diego, Adam, Luciano, and Lorenz impressed us with their warm, friendly, and accommodating manner; the whole team was incredibly helpful and made us feel truly at home. The hotel’s architecture is striking, and the room with its own sauna was a highlight. The view is breathtaking, the pool is wonderful, and the e‑bikes rounded off our stay perfectly—we always felt safe and comfortable. The only complaint was that the food lacked seasoning; the dishes seemed bland and not aromatic enough for a hotel of this caliber, and a bar or poolside service would have been desirable.
