Hotel Dorset

The owner was very friendly, handed me a drink when I arrived and waited for me after a delay at the airport; he also made me breakfast in the morning and ate with me, the room was clean and comfortable—nothing could go wrong for the price! Thank you.

“Wonderful hospitality❤️😊”

We had a wonderful stay at Dorset and were impressed by warm hospitality from the moment we arrived; after our journey we were welcomed with a cool towel—a thoughtful touch especially in the Sri Lankan heat—and the fresh papaya juice was a lovely personalized welcome that made us feel truly cared for. The room was clean, comfortable and well prepared, providing a relaxing space throughout our stay. The team were friendly, attentive and always happy to help, creating a very pleasant experience from start to finish. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the quality of service and the genuine care shown by the staff. A charming hotel with excellent hospitality, and we would happily recommend Dorset to anyone looking for a comfortable welcoming stay in Sri Lanka.

“Hidden gem in Negombo with good value”

Great place for our first night in Sri Lanka at Hotel Dorset; the room was super clean, fresh and comfortable, and everything looks nicely updated. Aircon and hot water worked perfectly. The host family is so friendly and helpful, offering really good value for money near the beach and airport. Nothing to complain about.
