The place is well‑located, but for a four‑star hotel and the price, it didn’t meet expectations.

The staff was very friendly, cleaning staff was really good, cleanliness top. The pool and terasse area was very different from the pictures… the gym is tiny, but overall OK

The hotel sits in a solid spot, close to the airport, beach, and Palma, with several decent family‑friendly restaurants nearby. The building feels a bit old‑fashioned yet stays tidy. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and the omelet station is a nice touch. Everything matched the photos, so there were no surprises in the room or bathroom. Free public parking is available close by, and finding a spot was easy. I didn’t use the pool or bar, so I have no opinion on those.
