“Gutes Hotel für die Durchreise”
I was on a motorcycle trip and almost missed the hotel; the photos on the booking portal and the website are a bit outdated because the trees have grown as tall as the building, and the entrance is hard to spot since it’s right next to a gas station/parking lot and the signs seem to have disappeared. There are free parking spots in front of the hotel and also a paid underground garage, which I misunderstood during booking because the description wasn’t clear—both options were listed (free parking, paid parking). That surprised me pleasantly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and in the evenings they even offered a small snack (Leberkäs) for a quick bite. Across the street is a highway service area with good food. The room was clean and quiet despite the proximity to the service area. The breakfast buffet had a very good and absolutely sufficient selection.
