The Kumpi Bali by The Lavana

I had a horrible stay. When I arrived for check‑in there was no one there and my messages were ignored; after calling, I was moved to another guesthouse at about 2 AM, which caused a lot of hassle and stress. I had to take a taxi, stay overnight elsewhere, and return the next morning. They promised to reimburse the taxi fare but never did. When I got back, the bedsheets were dirty and looked like they had animal or gecko droppings on them. I’ve attached a video so you can see it. I would not recommend this place.

Clean and very good located. There was a little bit of noise because of the street and I’m really not used to noise I need to have 0 noises so that’s the only point that annoyed me beside that everything was great !

The place was only decent because of its location and price. The shower didn’t work properly, the towels had bleach on them, and it didn’t feel 100 % clean.
