“A wonderful stay at Launard House”

A wonderful stay at Launard House We had a lovely stay at Launard House in a room for four people. The communication was very friendly and welcoming, and we were even able to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of parking available, and breakfast was more than sufficient, served in a warm and homely atmosphere that made us feel very comfortable. We were given a genuinely warm farewell, which was the perfect ending to our stay. Thank you for your hospitality! We would happily recommend Launard House to other travellers and families

“Helpful tips on touring and a wonderful breakfast served to us each morning. Hot and yummy”

The breakfast was great. The host was super helpful in many ways. Nothing but it did help to have a car

“Wonderful hosts, tidy rooms, would've appreciated a little nicer breakfast”

The host was absolutely wonderful, kind and welcoming. I needed a room with three beds, and there were no other suitable options in the area so this was wonderful that they had these kinds of rooms. It's an old house so not their fault but the walls are very thin. From upstairs you can easily hear not-loud conversations from downstairs. The room we had was just three beds with no chairs or other seating, it was fine for one night but if I'd stayed for multiple nights I would have liked for there to be somewhere to sit and read or use my computer. Finally, the breakfast could've been a bit higher quality for the price of the room. For example, instead of mass-produced loaves of grocery store bread, what if it was bakery bread?
