The place was clean, with a large, beautiful balcony, and I appreciated the kettle, which is rare. However, the room had a strong odor; something was sprayed that made me nauseated and headache‑prone, making breathing difficult.

The property was very clean and accommodating, but there was no rail to hold onto when entering, breakfast was delivered to the room instead of the restaurant as advertised online, and the bed was squeaky with a mattress that clearly needs replacing.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and the shower was comfortable and spacious, but I was not pleased to discover that the first breakfast was a packed basket in the room with tea or coffee supplies, a kettle, fruit juices, industrial croissants, crackers, jam, and Nutella—this should have been clearly specified. The receptionist kindly gave me vouchers for a nearby café where I could have a cappuccino or coffee with croissants or other savory items. Sleep quality was poor because I could hear all the noise from neighboring bathrooms and the entire building (the hotel sits on the first floor of a condominium). The value for money was terrible given everything mentioned.
