The front desk was very welcoming and I felt right at home; everything was spotless, and the breakfast felt like grandma’s kitchen with fresh omelettes, a full table, and regional dishes. Maybe a small discount on the rate would have been nice, but otherwise everything was great.

The bed was really comfortable, but the kids’ corridor was noisy at 6:30 am!

The location was great, the staff were polite, and the breakfast was well served, but it was hard to find the hotel because the sign was completely faded.

At check‑in, Eloy was courteous and very helpful, but at check‑out a rude gentleman mixed service with policy, claiming there was no room 13 and insisting on room 22, which was utterly foolish—especially since I’m from the right; imagine if it were otherwise, it would have been a disaster.
