“Good location, quiet and comfortable”

The welcome, the chamber, the comfort, and the calm were all great, but getting from the car parking to the hotel required walking.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the bar was nice, though the beer selection could have been more ambitious. The window in the room was covered with a blind or film, so you could only see a blurry view outside. There was no water in the room and, contrary to the hotel’s advertising, no water dispenser on the floor—investments seem stalled everywhere. I responded to the hotel’s comment and lowered my rating by two points; part of being receptive to criticism is to believe the guest first. There was no water dispenser on the entire floor, especially not at the mentioned spot, and the floor was searched by two people independently.

The location was good and it was easy to walk to the center, but there were huge queues at check‑in and we had to wait 10–15 minutes to get in.
