“Horrible start then adequate at best”
The hotel’s location was fine, which is why I chose it. The room sold to me was completely different from what was shown online; it was a refurbished storage room on the roof, not accessible by lift but via an emergency stairwell, with mold on the roof and walls. The AC didn’t work, and the night staff told me to leave the window open, which had a broken mosquito net and faced a passageway where anyone could see me in bed or even break in. The room door was a glass door with a thin curtain, letting passersby see straight into the room and bed. After a terrible night, we complained and were given a regular room that matched the advertised one. BEWARE AND DO NOT ACCEPT A ROOM CALLED "M1"!
