The bed was nice. No staff when we arrived, no staff when we woke up to check out, no hot water, TV not working, no milk for the coffee, not a pleasant experience at all. I would go so far to say I want my money back. I am speechless.

Unable to rate it as they cancelled my booking. I paid in full when making the booking, only to be called the following day saying they made a mistake as no rooms were available. I was told they will refund me immediately. Almost a month later and I didn't hear a single word from them. They are quick demanding payment but non‑existent when it's pay‑up time for them.
