Air-conditioned rooms include kitchenettes, en-suite bathrooms, and flat-screen TVs. Free parking is available on site, with the Tuncurry Bowling Club and Nine Mile Beach nearby.

The place was conveniently located and cheap, but it wasn’t very clean: I had to wash glasses and crockery before using them. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the lounge was stained, a cupboard was broken, and there was no iron.

The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and overall the quality was good for the price.

It was close to the beach, but the bathroom wasn’t clean, there was rubbish under the beds, the fridge was dirty, window screens were broken, a window was left open so insects swarmed in when we arrived, and the TV wasn’t fully working.

The size was great, the decor was nice, and the pool was fine! The only issue was that the light over the main bed didn’t work.
