The landscaping looked great, but parking was tight. Housekeeping only comes on set days, and any extra requests on other days cost a fee. Our room faced the roof of the next building, and a bright light outside our patio made nighttime enjoyment difficult. The beach is rocky and has a sign warning of possible danger.

The room was good size and clean, but I paid $2000.00 for a 2‑day stay for 5 people. No water bottle was provided for the short stay, so we had to buy a $9.00 bottle at the gift shop downstairs. Before check‑out, they asked us to remove bed linens, load used dishes into the dishwasher, run it, and take out the trash. I said no way.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice, accommodating everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the resort amenities were even better. The food was delicious, the staff amazing, and the room/view awesome.

The location is gorgeous, and the rooms were spacious and accommodating. The front desk staff were not very warm; they made one guest feel like she was lying about staying there. One friend had items stolen from her room, and we’re unsure if it was housekeeping or an outside babysitting service. When my husband went downstairs for breakfast, the fruit platter and toast were missing; the box was empty. He returned and they fixed it, but while he was gone I noticed mold on the grapes, suggesting the kitchen may not be cautious enough and could harm someone with allergies.
