The recent renovation felt nice and the price was reasonable for the area, especially since it’s not far from downtown Newport, but the lack of elevators is a problem for anyone with heavy luggage, elderly or disabled guests; it’s unclear whether the brand is avoiding installation due to regulations or discrimination, unless a dedicated disabled elevator exists, which it doesn’t.

They added a really nice pool and fire pits to the property, but the shower pressure could have been stronger.
