We arrived at 02.00 am with a reservation, only to be told the hotel was full; no alternative was offered, so we ended up sleeping in our car because no other hotels were reachable.

Everything was fine, nothing disgusting. However, everything was old, dirty, extremely filthy; the rooms hadn’t been cleaned in years, curtains had huge stains, an empty bottle lay under a bed, the sheets were old, walls were stained and pitted. It felt like a horror film.

Nothing. The place is dirty, very filthy, old, neglected, again dirty. I’ve never seen such absolute neglect. Service is terrible, the restaurant is especially dirty. I don’t understand how hygiene isn’t enforced at the beach bar. The “Regalado” is pricey.

For the price it’s excellent, and the staff are very friendly.
