The location and quietness of the hotel were great, but the housekeeping staff played their phone music too loudly early in the morning.

The service was good, yet there was no flexibility to change the reservation.

The breakfast was good, but the power went out.

It’s a very pleasant hotel for resting during a trip to Ica; although not large, the lobby and common areas are clean, well lit, and welcoming, and the central pool and garden provide a calm space ideal for relaxing. The breakfast is simple but sufficient to start the day, with bread, eggs, ham, cheese, olives, and juice. I recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay while visiting Ica and Huacachina.
