The staff and the hotel itself were beautiful, but it felt a bit too close to the chaos of the bars everywhere you look.

The hotel was beautiful, from the staff and reception to the plentiful breakfast, the exquisite dishes at the restaurant, the spectacular rooftop pool, and the spacious, clean room with a very large, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a big shower with everything needed. I really enjoyed my stay, though the balcony could have been larger to fit a chair and a small table, which for me wasn’t a big deal.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was good, and the prices at the hotel bar were reasonable. The rooms are very noisy and some of the equipment needs updating.

The room was clean, but I paid extra for a city‑view room and got a room overlooking the corridor of the building next door, with people entering at night. I had to use ear plugs because the music next door played until 2 am. The front desk made excuses, even though the hotel was empty and they could have moved me immediately. It feels more like a 2‑star hotel.
