The reception was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast that wasn’t available on the website, plus a bottle of water before bed—great touch. However, the hotel could use an upgrade; it’s noisy, the soundproofing is poor, and there’s no air‑conditioning. The sheets looked dirty, though they weren’t actually used.
