The hotel’s location is great, just 2‑3 minutes from the supermarket, post office, minibuses, and restaurants, including those with a Swedish line. The price‑quality ratio is the best in this price range, right in the heart of Bukovel. The heated pool is clean, big, and deep, though it has a faint chlorine‑like disinfectant smell, which I guess is normal. The private bathroom with a shower cabin is exceptionally clean and well‑designed. Everything feels new, tidy, and functional, and there’s a small fridge in the room. When I checked in, I called to confirm that my triple room wouldn’t overlook the pipes—reviews had mentioned this issue. The staff said no, but upon arrival I discovered the window actually faces the pipes, and the noise is terrible. The window is almost impossible to open, and black smoke with a horrible odor comes from the pipes. The reception complied with my request to change rooms, and we chose another one, even paying extra for the attic, but it was a hundred times better. The mattresses were also uncomfortable; my teenagers complained about how hard they were to sleep on.
