The hotel is close to the night market and the river. The only issue was a small step at the entrance that caused a bit of discomfort when my feet were sore, otherwise everything was fine.

I liked the location, but the room was a bit dirty with insects inside, and the staff only spoke four English words.

The hotel sits right in the city center at the intersection of Đại lộ Hoà Bình, making it super convenient to reach other attractions; we walked about 10 minutes to Bến Ninh Kiều, and right across from the hotel is the famous Chùa Phật Học Cần Thơ. The renowned duck hotpot restaurant Thành Giao is just about 800 m away. Staff are professional and the room facilities are comfortably adequate. Surprisingly, despite the hotel’s small size, it still has a rooftop pool offering views of the city and Bến Ninh Kiều. The downside is that the hotel is relatively small and has no dedicated parking; if you drive you’ll need to use a private parking lot about 300 m from the hotel at your own expense. Also, the hotel does not serve breakfast and apparently has no restaurant. Wifi is weak and frequently switches between sources.
