Everything was relaxing: the pool was clean, the staff were very nice, they did everything to make us feel at home, and from the terrace I could see amazing sunrises and sunsets! The food got repetitive each day, and during breakfast we didn’t find pancakes for six days we stayed.

“Everythink was good”

I stayed at the end of the season to explore Tyulenovo Cliffs, Kaliakra Cape, Bolata Beach and Queen Mary's Castle in Balchik. The second‑floor room was spacious, spotless and offered a view of the pool. Breakfast was hearty and the hotel sits in a quiet spot with parking outside. Staff were friendly. Nothing to complain about.

“Jestem bardzo zadowolony.”

The location was good, close to the public Kabakum beach and many nearby restaurants, and the hotel had a pool. It was a great spot for families with kids. We arrived after the summer season, so everything was calm and crowds were absent. Several shops were within walking distance, and the airport‑to‑resort transport was reliable. The breakfasts could use more variety, and there should be more trash bins in public areas. Cleanliness inside the property was impeccable. Outside season, the pool water was a bit cold for kids to play in. Prices are lower than in Croatia but are slowly approaching the average. We could have booked HB immediately, and meals inside the hotel were pricier.
